The Network of Existence
The “Network of Existence” posits that all phenomena are interconnected through intricate cause-and-effect relationships, extending across material and metaphysical realms. Rooted in Islamic Transcendent Philosophy (Hikmat al-Muta’aliyah), this theory envisions existence as a unified system originating from God and descending through various stages, including the Akhirah, Barzakh, and material world. Every action, whether physical or spiritual, creates ripples across the network, shaping and being shaped by its surroundings. This holistic perspective emphasizes the necessity of religion in providing comprehensive guidance on spiritual, physical, and societal dimensions to align humanity with its ultimate purpose: proximity to God.
